Frequently Asked Questions
Is it durable? Yes! Our process is the same used by major manufactures such as Hoyt, Remington and Ford. The difference is that we dip most items one at a time. This gives your item special attention to eliminate potential defects or flaws in the print. We use only the highest grade finishes to provide protection from weather, fading during everyday use. What is the turnaround time? Turnaround time varies, but is usually 2-3 weeks from when we receive it to when we ship it back to you. Contact us for a more accurate time quote. How come it takes so long? The process alone, does not take but a couple days, but we treat every customer fairly by doing each item or project in the order we receive them. Each item gets prepped by sanding or light bead blasting, then a primer is applied if needed. Next the item gets a base coat of paint, then dipped into the pattern and finally a clear coat is applied. We allow all items to "rest" for at leas 24 hours prior to shipping to allow the clear coat to harden enough to be wrapped up and sent. Is it Guaranteed? We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee! If you do not love your dip job, we will re-dip it free of charge in any pattern or color. We know you will love your newly decorated item! We stand behind our quality 100%. Do I need to disassemble my item first? Depends on what item you are sending to us. In most cases, if you are able to disassemble your item, it makes dipping easier and you get a better print. Guns and bows need to be fully disassembled prior to reaching us. Please have an expert do this for you if you are unsure. Guns: Do not send any firing parts or internal parts of any gun to us. To avoid extra fees, please make sure your item is free of any residue or stickers prior to shipment. What is double dipping? Double dipping is just how it sounds. Some products require us to dip one side at a time due to the complexity of the part. Example of this is most of the newer style bow risers that have several "holes" throughout the riser, which causes the film to "break" when wrapping into the holes. We just dip the sides separately to get the best possible print. How much is shipping? Shipping is easy to figure out. What you pay to get it to us, is what we will charge you to send it back. Unless you request expedited shipping (i.e. 3 day air instead of ground) we will charge the same cost that you paid initially. We will insure items as necessary. Please let us know how much insurance is required. What about Realtree or Mossy Oak patterns? We do not carry Realtree or Mossy Oak camouflages due to the high cost in obtaining these patterns. We choose to keep our prices affordable and use Royalty free patterns instead. All Licensed films (like Predator, etc.) will be treated as Royalty-free to all non OEM customers. OEM customers must obtain licensing agreement with manufacture of Licensed Camouflages. How do I clean my items? If you need to clean your item, please use mild soap and water. Harsh cleaners and chemicals may damage your finish. What payments do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and check or Money order. How do I order dipping services? Just view our online order page and follow the directions! It is so easy!
